Stuart Cameron has worked in fine-dining establishments across the country for over two decades. After his long stay (some might call it a “residency”) at the Hanover Street Chophouse, Stuart has since joined the Crown Tavern as head chef. Stuart artfully pairs classical French techniques with traditional American influences to create unparalleled signature dishes for the Crown Tavern that are sure to delight your senses and leave you wanting to come back again and again.

From Executive Chef of some of New York and New Jersey’s finest dining establishments to a savvy, guest-focused, “operations orientated” Restaurant Executive, Steven Clutter has seen it all. As someone whose ultimate priority is the customer experience, Steven won’t settle for less than the best. Stop by the Chophouse and you’ll see Steven’s influence touching every aspect of the restaurant, from the kitchen and the dining room to the bar and valet services—you’ll likely even see the man himself.

Tony Chapman

Over the years, Tony Chapman has found himself working in restaurants across western New York, Boston and New Hampshire. That means the man has seen it all, from major city to big-time country and now, the perfect balance in Manchester, NH. Friendly, personable and professional, our General Manager of the Chophouse hails from upstate New York and has used his SUNY degree in Business Administration and his passion for customer service to create exceptional guest experiences for over 16 years. In 2008, Tony landed with the Chophouse and has been here delighting patrons ever since.
